Terms and Conditions of Limousine Service

1. A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation.
    

2. All balances due are to be paid in full FOURTEEN DAYS prior to the event date, WITH 50% OF THAT BALANCE BEING NON-REFUNDABLE.
   
   * If paid by check, it must be received TWENTY-ONE DAYS prior to the event date and must clear our bank account seven days prior to the event date.
   
   **All prom bookings require payment in full TWENTY-ONE DAYS prior to the event date, with a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
    

3. The client is responsible for any equipment and / or vehicle damage and / or items stolen by any person in his/her party.
    

4. There will be a $100 minimum charge for any damage, spillage (of any liquid), or regurgitation by any one in the client's party.
    

5. All Seasons Transportation, LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen mechanical malfunctions that may occur before, during, or after transportation service. Additionally, we reserve the right to subcontract service as needed. All subcontractors will be licensed, insured, and fully competent to conduct the service initially reserved with our organization.
    

6. NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the limousine.
    

7. NO DRUGS of any kind will be allowed in the limousine.
    

8. NO ALCOHOL is to be in the possession of, or consumed by anyone under the age of 21. Additionally, Virginia Law does not allow All Seasons Transportation, LLC to provide alcohol of any sort to its patrons.
    

9. The privacy divider must remain down for any clients under the age of 21.
    

10. The client will be charged by the hour plus gratuity for any overtime beyond allotted hours. These charges will be prorated and are applicable based upon the following time increments:
    
    0-30 Minutes = 1/2 Hour
    
    31-60 Minutes = 1 Hour
    
    *All charges applicable for overtime are due at the time of service. Charges are to be paid in full to the Chauffeur, or charged to a credit card on file with All Seasons Transportation, LLC. We reverse the right to charge the credit card without any additional communication or authorization from the card holder.
     

11. All Seasons Transportation, LLC is not responsible for property left in the limousine by the client or any person in the client's party.
     

12. Rude or Aggressive behavior toward the Chauffeur or any occupants will not be tolerated at any time.
     

13. All Seasons Transportation, LLC, and its Chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate transportation services in the event that any terms and/or conditions are broken. Upon termination there will be no refunds.
     

14. Client shall hold All Seasons Transportation, LLC harmless from any claims or demands, including any resulting from death or personal injury arising from negligence. Client herewith releases from All Seasons Transportation, LLC any liability whatsoever from illness ,injury, damage, delays and death resulting from, but not restricted to, improper use and or consumption of alcoholic beverage, personal property, contracted or rented equipment or food consumed prior, post or during the special event. Except as provided in the terms stated herein, Client shall hold All Seasons Transportation, LLC and its owners, investors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims or demands.
